The Executive Team provides strategic and operational leadership to the Office of the District Attorney. At the direction of the District Attorney, the E-Team sets goals, develops strategies, and ensures that strategies are executed effectively. Though the District Attorney makes the final decisions as it relates to the office, the E-Team provides the structure and oversight necessary to manage the daily needs and functions of the office and also supports the District Attorney’s decision-making process by lending their expertise, insight and creativity.
